Rapid Situation Assessment of Transgender Persons in Sri Lanka: Final Draft

This study intends to determine how well Sri Lanka has achieved the provision of universal access to appropriate HIV prevention, care, treatment and support for transgender people. It analyzes human rights situation for transgender persons; develop an evidence base on transgender people and HIV and identifies opportunities to strengthen capacity in providing broader and better responses for transgender people in relation to prevention, control, treatment and care of HIV/AIDS.
